Black History Month
AEC students, faculty and staff marched together 100 steps in recognition of 100 years of celebrating Black History Month.
Over the last century, many individuals worked together to make our nation more fair and just….not by using violence but by standing strong and choosing peace.
These marches showed the world someting important: change happens when people stand together. Kindness is powerful. Unity is powerful. Love is powerful.
Black History Month is not just about the past...it’s about how we live today and how we shape the future. Let us continue to march forward together throught our actions, words, and the way we treat each other.
